**Once a package has left our studio we have no control over the transit time. If your package is in transit and marked as arriving late, it will arrive later than expected, but it is not lost. USPS is slammed with Covid and the holidays. Some packages in transit are experiencing significant delays and are taking longer to reach their destinations due to USPS delays and Covid restrictions. Packages can arrive late, not update from pre-shipment when they are already en route, and be marked as delivered when they are still in transit. We cannot control this. We do not have any additional information on shipments other than the information you also receive with tracking. All inquiries into delayed, missing, and mis-delivered packages need to be directed towards USPS. Expect significant delays in transit times.**

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed between 1-7 business days and then shipped out. We cannot control shipping times.
I haven’t gotten a notification with tracking info?
Check your junk mail - a lot of times that is where these emails end up. We always send tracking when your package ships with the contact information that you filled in online. If you don’t get a tracking notification make sure that you opted in at checkout, put in the right information, and checked your junk mail.
Who makes your products?
We make all of our products with occasional help from other artists, creators, and chemists.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made from start to finish in Forth Worth, Texas.
Do you have a physical location where I can buy your products?
No, but we love our wholesalers! But check our store locator to see where you can buy our products in a store near you.
Do you take interns?
Not at the moment.
Each order is sent out with tracking information to the email or phone number that you entered upon check out. If you don’t get this email, check your spam folder and make sure that you put in the correct phone number and email address at checkout. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to display. If you received your tracking number but it is not working, please check back later.
All shipments are done through USPS First Class. Shipping times on First Class packages are between 2 and 7 business days. However, First Class packages are not guaranteed for delivery within 7 days.
If you would like insurance on your package to protect from damage during delivery, theft, and mis-delivery, purchase priority shipping. We cannot refund for damaged, lost, or mis-delivered packages unless you have purchased priority shipping that comes with insurance.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Any shipping issues must be handled with USPS.
Our shipping fee does not include customs clearance fees. Any applicable fees/taxes charged by your local customs agency are your sole responsibility. We currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, and the UK.
What if my order never comes?
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Any and ALL shipping issues must be handled with USPS.
How about returns?
We cannot except any returns for sanitary reasons.
What if I bought something and you later have a sale?
We cannot accommodate price adjustments.
