Ethereal Blue With Blue And Violet Shimmer. Glows Blue/Green.
We suggest using a base coat and 3-4 coats of polish followed by a top coat for a strong glow. Shake bottle thoroughly before applying. Activated by natural sunlight or UV blacklight only.
