Shannon Tebay's experience in the hospitality industry spans more than a decade. A New Mexico native, Shannon originally came to New York City for graduate school in visual arts, but found herself enamored with the world of food of beverage. The French Culinary Institute alum has applied her training in pastry arts to craft cocktails, incorporating various techniques and developing uniquely creative flavor profiles to her lengthy list of original drinks. Shannon currently holds the role of Head Bartender at Manhattan’s esteemed cocktail bar, Death & Company, where she has worked for the past six years.
