Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused products and offer refunds for defective products. Please email team@deathvalleynails.com with your order number and the reason for your request before sending an item back, so we can provide return instructions.

For an unused-product return, the refund is the amount paid for the returned item. If you return only part of an order, the refund applies to those returned items.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns for used products. This does not restrict remedies for defective products or rights you have under applicable law.

Refunds of Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not refundable for ordinary unused-product returns unless required by law. Shipping charges are refundable when the returned product is defective.
