A sheer lavender-grey base packed with matte neon butterflies, blossoms, hearts, lightning bolts, glitters, and metallic gold sheen. Textured application. Heavy glitters will gather towards the bottom, we suggest shaking the bottle and turning it upside down for maximum glitter grabbage. 

We suggest using a base coat and 1-2 coats of polish followed by a top coat.
