DAFFODILS IN MORNING FOG

Soft, milky blue-grey base that casts a hazy and ethereal wash over neon yellow glitter. Pastel seafoam with fluorescent spores. Crème finish with easy application. 

We suggest using a base coat and 2-3 coats of polish followed by a top coat. 10-free. Vegan. Cruelty-free. Nontoxic.
