Jelly neon blue base packed with multicolored iridescent flakes, fine microglitter, scattered black specks, gunmetal shards, and bubble-like holo dots. Inspired by the beauty and texture found within fish scales. Debris leftover after a flood. Tide pools. Easy application but dense texture from multiple sizes and a variety of pigments. Turn bottle upside down for easier access to larger pigments that can settle at the bottom. 

We suggest using a base coat and 2-3 coats of polish followed by a top coat. 10-free. Vegan. Cruelty-free. Nontoxic.
