This is a semi-sheer polish packed with irregular sapphire blue foil shards and layered within beautiful, large iridescent flakes that resemble fish scales. The overall effect is translucent and layered - like shards of sea glass and stained glass suspended in water with a sparkly and airy depth. The loud cousin to Summer Salt.

We suggest using a base coat and 2-3 coats of polish followed by a top coat. 10-free. Vegan. Cruelty-free. Nontoxic.
